Earlybird Farm is a family operated farm located just outside Sussex, NB.  The farm was originally started by Earl & Joan Cunningham in the early 1970’s.  When Earl became ill, Allyson, their youngest daughter, and her husband, Gordie, took over the operation.  Since that time, Gordie and Allyson, as well as their children, Reggie, Will, and Jack, have developed a passion for the Hereford breed, as have developed many new friendships with other breeders.   Carrying on the tradition of Earl and Joan, the family has embraced the show ring at a number of beef shows in the area.  They are also very involved in the local 4H club representing the hereford breed.

Our cattle have been selected for their temperament, longevity, and their maternal ability.  We want to have the best cows to raise the best calves possible.  AI, embryo transfer, and a selection of our best walking bulls are always in the forefront of our program, as we continually strive to raise better cattle for our customers and ourselves!
